How it works

Create the email
Create a new Email Activity from any Dynamics 365 record where Email Activities are available.

Find the documents
Use the SharePoint document attachment panel to search for the documents you want to send.

Choose one or more SharePoint documents and add them to the email.

Review the attachments
Check the file names and remove any that are no longer required.
