ITOMIC is a software solution developed by OA Systems to address the business needs of the Industry Training Organisation (ITO) sector. It has been developed in collaboration with members of the Services Industry Training Association (SITA) to ensure the solution delivered conforms to user requirements as well as adhering to solid database design principles.
ITOMIC has been built on top of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0® and operates within Microsoft Outlook®, the most universally used communications and time management environment for business people. ITOMIC is immediately usable by anyone familiar with Outlook® delivering a lower TCO and higher user adoption rate than any other system on the market. While ITOMIC has been specifically designed for the ITO sector, OA Systems recognise each ITO has some unique business processes and data requirements. ITOMIC can be customised by your own staff or ours to reflect these differences.
