Microsoft CRM Consultant - Immediate Start

Due to business growth, we are looking to add a C# programmer to our talented team, working with the latest generation of Microsoft development tools. Is your profile similar to the following:

- Minimum 2 years of industry experience
- SQL Server database and c# industry experience a must
- Demonstrate a knowledge of Microsoft CRM 4.0 functional and technical components Microsoft CRM 4.0 customisation skills an advantage
- Data synchronisation and migration experience an advantage

- Ability to work within a business area, both independently and as part of a development team, to guide and implement technical decisions during all phases of a project
- Prepare and present effective design/configuration/report documentations and progress reports
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and implement the solution
- Define application interfaces and resolve integration issues
- Create/execute test scripts
- Ensure deliverables are produced within established timeframe, budget and quality standards

- Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail is essential
- Motivation to learn new skills, develop new techniques and share with team members
- Ability to communicate clearly and work from verbal instructions
