In an awards ceremony held at the Langham Hotel in Auckland tonight, OA Systems beat five other finalists to take home the "CRM Solution of the Year" award for its ITOMIC solution deployed at Careerforce.

ITOMIC - ITO Management Information Centre - is a solution developed inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM to address the business needs of the Industry Training Organisation (ITO) sector.
